Nicola Burt-Skinner has been a virtual assistant since 2010 and in the last few years has drastically improved her own health and wellbeing, using holistic medicine as well as pure old common sense.

As a practising VA, coupled with knowledge gained from her own research as well as that of her clients – who are all health and fitness professionals – Nicola is well-placed and willing to share her methodologies with anyone who will listen.

In this fun and interactive presentation you will learn:

  • to identify stress and what can cause stress (you’d be surprised what and WHO can stress you out)
  • tools and techniques to help you cope with stress
  • strategies to avoid stress before it begins

Nicola is also a laughter yoga facilitator and will lead us through a short routine which can help us de-stress and take the seriousness out of a situation, through effective breathing techniques.
