Refund policy

  • 100% Refund (less a £5 admin fee) if purchaser cancels before midnight 1st February 2022
  • 75% Refund if purchaser cancels before midnight 1st May 2022
  • 50% Refund if purchaser cancels before midnight 1st July 2022

No refunds will be issued after 1st July 2022 (unless cancelled by organisers).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Tickets are non-transferable, unless by prior written agreement of the organisers. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person,please email us with full details.
